yes, i still working on improving GimPhoto, right now i developing GimPhoto for Mac, i already working on it around 1 year (for Linux version i need 8 months and for Mac i need more time because i don't have the hardware and Mac is new platform for me so i must learn many things first)

if you really following GIMP you must be aware that not all GIMP release is stable, i just waiting and looking for the most stable version before i make it as base for GimPhoto, so the answer is yes, i will use newer GIMP version for the next version.

for Mac version i using GIMP 2.6.8 and now GimPhoto for Mac already running on my notebook, but many things still need to be done before i can release it for public, so stay tune at this site :)

I haven't actually tried this program yet due to being a Mac user, but I also have a Windows machine and look forward to trying it when I get the chance.

I just have two questions. One, are you still working on improving GimPhoto? And two, whether you're sticking with 1.4.3 or planning on going forward, is there any chance of you releasing a Mac OSX version of your program? I run Tiger, 10.4.11, and the newest is 10.6.8 I believe. Despite that, is there any chance I'll ever be able to run GimPhoto on my computer?
