GimPhoto Desktop become GimPad

To avoid confusion between GimPhoto and GimPhoto Desktop then i decided to change GimPhoto Desktop name to GimPad.

But the version number is still continued from GimPhoto Desktop, so the first GimPad version number will be 1.1.
